Overview

We follow a zero-tolerance, no-refund and no-return policy. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our plans, you (the client/customer) unconditionally agree to the terms below. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

🔹 1. ₹499/Month Drop shipping Subscription Plan

  1. The ₹499 subscription fee is strictly non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable.
  2. Once activated, the subscription cannot be paused, canceled, or shifted to any other account.
  3. Non-usage of the subscription or lack of sales is not a valid reason for refund.
  4. The plan only provides limited product access. Dissatisfaction with catalog size or product quality does not qualify for refund or replacement.
  5. All risks related to customer complaints, returns, damages, or dissatisfaction are fully borne by the subscriber.
  6. Any attempt to misuse the service (fake orders, resale of subscription, unauthorized product duplication, etc.) will result in immediate termination without refund.
  7. This plan ( 499/- ) exclude GST

🔹 2. ₹4999 + 18% GST Website Development Plan

  1. The one-time website development fee is 100% non-refundable and final.
  2. Once payment is made, no part of the amount will be returned under any circumstance, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or business failure.
  3. Work begins only after full payment. Delays caused by the client (late submission of logo, content, product data, etc.) will not qualify for refund or compensation.
  4. The plan includes only 50 product uploads. Any additional work or customization is chargeable separately.
  5. Domain and hosting (if provided) are purchased specifically for the client and are strictly non-refundable once registered.
    • Domain price covered: up to ₹500 for 6 months.
    • If the domain cost is higher, the client must pay the extra amount before registration.
    • Domain renewal after 6 months is entirely the client’s responsibility.
  6. Hosting is included only for 6 months. After that period, renewal must be done by the client at their own cost.
  7. Once the website is delivered, no refund, cancellation, or rework request will be entertained.
  8. Unauthorized copying, resale, or tampering of the website will lead to permanent suspension without refund.

🔹 3. General Strict Conditions (Applicable to All Plans)

The company’s decision in all disputes will be final and binding. No further appeals will be accepted.

All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

Dissatisfaction with services.

Business failure, low sales, or no sales.

Customer complaints or disputes.

Failure to read or understand plan details before purchase.

Our services do not guarantee profit, revenue, or growth. The entire business risk lies with the client.

Any misuse, violation, or false claims against the company will result in termination of services without refund.

⚠️ Out of Stock — Important Notice

We carefully update stock availability, but from time to time a product may show as available due to supplier changes. If an item you ordered is actually out of stock, we will:

  • Notify you by email/SMS within 3 working days of order confirmation.
  • Offer you one of the following options (you must select within 7 days of our notification):
    1. Replacement with a similar product of equal or higher value (if available); OR
    2. Store credit equal to the item value (usable only on our platform); OR
    3. Refund of the product price only if neither replacement nor store credit is acceptable and you specifically request a refund. Refunds for out-of-stock items (if issued) will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect loss (loss of profit, goodwill, etc.) arising from the out-of-stock situation. Our maximum liability for any out-of-stock order is limited to the amount actually paid for that product.

Note: We strongly encourage clients to choose store credit or replacement to avoid processing delays. Choosing refund is permitted only for genuine supplier non-fulfillment and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

📦 Packaging & Shipping Charges (Clear & Non-Negotiable)

  • Packaging and shipping charges are extra and calculated as a percentage of the product price, applied at checkout. The charge range is 3% — 20% of the product price depending on product size, weight, and shipping zone.
  • Exact packaging & shipping fee for each product will be displayed to you before you confirm payment. By completing payment you accept these charges.
  • All packaging & shipping charges are non-refundable except where we fail to deliver the product and you choose a refund for that item. In such refund cases, shipping charges may be deducted if shipment has already been dispatched.
  • Applicable taxes (including 18% GST where relevant) will be added on top of product, packaging, and shipping charges.

Example: For a product priced ₹1,000 with a 10% packaging & shipping charge, ₹100 will be added as packaging & shipping; total before tax = ₹1,100.

🔐 Protective Clauses — Reducing Legal Risk (Read carefully)

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order or subscribing to any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms, Pricing, and these Policies. All purchases are subject to these terms.
  2. Limitation of Liability: Except as required by applicable law, our liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the amount received from you for the specific product or service. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  3. No Unauthorized Claims: Any claim of product defect, non-delivery, or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Late claims may not be entertained.
  4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
  5. Fraud & Misuse: Any attempt to misuse the service (false chargebacks, fake claims, duplicate orders to exploit promotions, resale of access rights, or unauthorized copying of content) will lead to immediate suspension, collection actions, and refusal of refunds/credits.
  6. Record & Proof: We may rely on electronic records (order logs, supplier confirmations, tracking information) as primary evidence in any dispute. Customers must cooperate with investigations and provide requested proof when necessary.
  7. Contact & Escalation: For any service issues, customers must first contact our support at [support email/phone]. Escalations to payment disputes or legal action without first contacting support may result in denial of claims.

💰 Pricing Policy & Right to Modify

  • All prices displayed on our website or shared via any medium are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Product prices, subscription fees, packaging & shipping charges, and applicable taxes may be updated at our discretion based on supplier costs, shipping rates, or other business factors.
  • Customers will be charged the price displayed at the time of placing the order or subscribing, provided payment is successfully completed.
  • We are not liable for any perceived loss, missed opportunity, or difference in pricing due to updates made after your order.
  • Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing are valid only during the period specified and cannot be claimed retroactively.

📜 Policy Updates & Changes

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these policies (Refund, Return, Pricing, Stock, Shipping, or any other policy) at any time and without prior notice.
  • All changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated through official channels.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review our policies periodically. Continued use of our services or placing new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • No customer will have the right to claim against us for being unaware of updated terms.

All product images uploaded on our website may be edited for clarity, lighting, and presentation purposes.

The original product may appear slightly different in terms of color, brightness, size proportion, or finishing when compared to the edited images.

Such minor differences will not be considered as a defect or reason for return, replacement, or refund.

By purchasing from us, the customer accepts that edited images are for representation only and the actual product may vary slightly.

Returns or complaints raised only due to visual differences between edited images and the original product will not be entertained.

⚖️ TERMS & CONDITIONS – STRICT ENFORCEMENT POLICY

1. DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

By enrolling in the ₹499 Subscription Plan per month (“Service”) or availing the ₹4,999 Website Plan for 6 months including hosting and domain (“Website Service”), the Subscriber expressly agrees to all clauses contained herein. No verbal assurance, promise, or representation shall override these written terms. This document constitutes a legally binding contract between the Subscriber and the Service Provider.

2. ACCESS RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP

a. The Service grants limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive access to product data solely for online resale through approved platforms.
b. All products, data, images, supplier contacts, and digital materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider.
c. The Subscriber acquires no ownership, distribution, licensing, or agency rights over any material or supplier. Unauthorized commercial use or redistribution shall be treated as a criminal act under applicable law.

3. NO PHYSICAL STOCK OR GUARANTEE

The Service Provider does not supply physical inventory, stock maintenance, or logistics services under the ₹499 plan. Product availability, quality, and pricing are subject to constant market change, and the Service Provider bears zero liability for variations or third-party delays.

4. STRICT NON-REFUND POLICY

All fees paid, including ₹499 per month and ₹4,999 for the 6-month Website Plan, are final, non-refundable, and non-adjustable under all circumstances — including dissatisfaction, termination, or non-usage.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or refund claim shall constitute a direct breach of contract and may invite civil and criminal action.

5. MISUSE, FRAUD & PENALTIES

a. Copying, sharing, selling, or disclosing supplier data or catalog information to third parties is strictly prohibited.
b. Any form of misuse, data theft, or false representation will result in:

  • Immediate termination of access, without prior notice or refund.
  • Permanent blacklisting from all future services.
  • Legal prosecution under Indian cyber and intellectual property laws.

6. WEBSITE SERVICE TERMS (₹4,999 Plan – 6 Months)

a. The Website Service includes 6 months of hosting and domain.
b. If the domain price exceeds ₹500, the Subscriber must pay the difference; the company will not cover extra domain costs.
c. Only 50 product listings are included in the Website Service. Any additional product listings will be chargeable as per the company’s pricing at the time of addition.
d. Delays caused by the Subscriber in providing logos, content, images, or other required inputs will not be the responsibility of the company and may result in delays in website delivery.
e. The discounted rate is a privilege, not a right, and may be withdrawn at any time without justification.

7. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION RIGHTS

The Service Provider reserves absolute discretion to alter, modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes automatic acceptance of revised terms.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of sales, profits, or data.
All services are provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

9. LEGAL JURISDICTION

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, with jurisdiction confined to the Courts of Saharanpur only. No other forum shall have authority to entertain any claim or dispute.

10. FINAL ACCEPTANCE CLAUSE

By proceeding with payment and/or accessing any material, the Subscriber irrevocably confirms full acceptance of all terms stated herein, and waives any right to claim ignorance, misinterpretation, or verbal modification of this agreement.
Any breach, intentional or otherwise, will invoke immediate enforcement and legal remedy without further communication.
